Born 28 february 1922, in Piatra Neamţ, Romania.
Painter and graphician.
Studies: 1947 - 1950 at the Fine Arts Academy from Iaşi; continues and finished his Graduated Studies at the ArtAcademy from Bucharest (Grigorescu Nicolae Institute - 1950 - 1953) in 1953.
Became his artistic career in 1949 (Iaşi - Moldavian Art Saloon).
Is participating along the time to the majority of National and Municipal Art Fairs (annuals, biennals, regionals), and also abroad, representing Romania, with others romanian artistic manifestations at Cairo, Helsinki, Ankara, Damasc, Paris, Tokyio, Berlin, Moscow, Venice, Marseille, Dresda, Hamburg (1974), Torino (1970), Austria, Italy, Switerland (1990).
Participations in thema - exhibitions: Bydocsz (Poland) - 1970, Ludenscheid (Germany) - 1971 and in thematic group exhibitions at Bucharest (Apollo Galery) - 1972, Galeria Nova - 1975, Orizont Gallery ("The human face" theme).
